who i am

Please allow me to introduce myself, i am Godriguez–Mark Rodriguez in the everyday world–a Florida artist working where shadows, laughter, and imagination converge.

Known for my haunting self-portrait photography, I now summon creations across many mediums: gothic woodworking, resin relics, laser-cut curiosities, and spectral 3D works. My art seeks to twist familiar forms into something otherworldly, pulling at the veil between dark and delightful into what i like to call “Approachable Darkness”

Every piece I make–whether solemn or playful–is a reflection of how I see the world: strange, beautiful–and at times–with a spark of humor.
